NECK & FRETBOARD

OUR CLEVER PLEK PROCESS ALLOWS FOR AN UNUSALLY LOW ACTION WHILE STILL KEEPING ALL NOTES CLEAN AND CLEAR WITHOUT STRING-BUZZ.

The string-action, the height of the strings over the frets, can only be set low and comfortable if all frets are precisely the same height. To achieve that, we use the ingeniuos Plek machine that levels all frets with a precision of 1/100 of a millimeter. Each fret is measured and cut individually to achieve optimal playability of the instrument.
Our elaborate finishing work is done entirely by hand. Each fret is polished to perfection and all fretboard edges are carefully rounded off for a smooth feel.

PICKUPS

DUESENBERG PICKUPS ARE KNOWN FOR THEIR DISTINCT, CLEAR AND VERSATILE TONE THAT EASILY CUTS THROUGH THE MIX FROM MELLOW JAZZ TO SUPERCHARGED ROCK.

Our creamy Domino P90 in the neck position and the classically voiced GrandVintage Humbucker at the bridge form an all-around dream team many have tried to replicate.
The acclaimed middle position of the Heavy Duty 3-Way Switch features a special wiring which filters certain low-end frequencies out of the humbucker signal. The result is an open, funky and extremely versatile addition to your pallet of tone.

DIAMOND DELUXE VIBRATO

MEET THE VIBRATO SYSTEM THAT HAS CHANGED THE IDEA OF WHAT A CLASSIC DESIGN CAN DO.

Buttery smooth action, reliable tuning stability and string changes that are a breeze are just the main aspects of our unique vibrato design.

The Diamond Deluxe gives you the best tone while being lightweight. Heavy duty needle and nylon bearings give you the highly responsive Duesenberg feel when using the vibrato arm. The arm itself can be turned freely for 360° and can be adjusted to your preferred angle and length. The strings are simply guided through the holes in the bar underneath the arm-axis and can be lead to the tuners without any hassle.

MAPLE & SPRUCE

The Starplayer TV brings a beautiful laminated spruce top. The neck is made from a single piece of maple and the stunning flamed maple back elegantly shines through the black burst finish on the back.

NICKEL HARDWARE

MOST OF OUR HARDWARE IS NICKEL FINISHED.

You will find the geometrical three steps in almost every part on our instruments, from the curves on the headstock to the shape of the output jack.

When compared to regular chrome finishes, nickel has a beautiful warm and elegant sheen and ages naturally over time. It's the way things were done before chrome became the standard. If you don't want the hardware on your instrument to age, we recommend regular cleaning.

STARPLAYER TV+ PIEZO

The Starplayer TV+ brings an added Piezo Pickup inside the bridge.
This Pickup can be activated with a switch on the pickguard and blended into the regular pickup-signal with the Multi-Tone pot.

It delivers added high-frequency response and shine that lends itself perfectly for more pronounced fingerpicking or everywhere where you need even more clarity.
Available in High-Gloss Black.
