This Type S1.7 7-string Poplar Burl guitar combines our dedicated craftsmanship, skill and care for detail with a remarkable feature set, making it the ultimate, precise and professional instrument suitable for both stage and studio work. The S1.7PB features the Evertune® constant-tension bridge—a reliable, fully-mechanical system that keeps the guitar in tune under any circumstances. It is loaded with Duncan Solar pickups that provide a full spectrum of tonal options, from organic clean to heavily overdriven, all with fluid sustain and maximum clarity. This Type S1.7PB guitar has a neck-through construction with 26.5” scale, a poplar burl veneer over mahogany body with black binding, a fast C-shaped thin 5-ply maple/jatoba neck, an ebony fingerboard with 24 super-jumbo stainless steel frets and Luminlay ‘glow in the dark’ side dots for easy stage use. It comes loaded with Solar 18:1 locking tuners, graphite nut, five-way blade pickup switching and full access neck. Available in poplar burst matte finish.
